Long Snoot Creations merch is fulfilled and sent from Melbourne, Australia. We endeavour to send your package as soon as possible, however our COVID19 means we have delays from time to time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Production times range from 4-7 business days on average.

Sweatshirts (crewnecks & hoodies) and designs with double-sided prints may add a further 2-5 business days to the production time.

Yes we do ship internationally! We use DHL Global Mail for our international orders.

2-4 weeks to major partners (USA, UK, New Zealand)

2-8 weeks to most other countries

DHL eCommerce Global Mail service provides basic tracking on request. May not have local country tracking in some countries. NOTE: Shipments out of Australia are not updated with tracking automatically to Shopify. Tracking can be requested manually by contacting Long Snoot Creations directly [link]. 

2022 Update: COVID-19 has impacted the consistency of International deliveries outside Australia. Long Snoot Creations cannot provide a guarantee against extended delays at this time. Some countries may not accept some international deliveries.
