What sizes do you offer?

What's the best way to look after my apparel or homewares?

Each product description will have a ‘care instruction’s guide. As a rule of thumb we recommend all clothes go into a cold wash and line dried (no tumble dryers!). Mugs can be handwashed and are also safe to go into the washing machine.

Where do you print your products?

Our apparel and products are designed remotely in Perth, Western Australia. The Long Snoot designs are then remotely printed in and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping costs differ depending on the product and where they are being delivered to. You can find our shipping costs here.

How long does it take to produce and ship my order?

Do you offer change of mind or refunds?

Our products are created on demand (i.e. not made in bulk) so please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong decision. Change of mind or wrong decision includes (but not limited to) the customer preferring another size or the customer ordered the wrong colour or design. We will replace or reprint an item if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). On receipt of a photo of the item received, we will reprint and send out a replacement at no charge.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

Sometimes this can happen during the delivery process (we know, it sucks!). If your order is lost, incorrect or damaged please let us know within 7 days from delivery and we will send out a replacement asap. Please read our Online Purchase Agreement for full instructions.

Can I pick up my order?

We are an online business and we only deliver to your home address.

Are all your prices in Australian dollars?

Yep! Everything is listed in $AUD.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal (almost all the ‘pays’).

I sent a message on Instagram/facebook but haven’t heard back yet. Why is it taking so long?

First of all thank you for reaching out to us! We love hearing your feedback and questions. Our insta DM’s and facebook messages can get super busy and some of them can slip by the wayside (especially around the holidays). The best way to contact us is via email at longsnootcreations@gmail.com

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Absolutely! Our digital gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. They cannot be used to purchase another gift card (sorry guys, just for Long Snoot homeware and apparel only). You can purchase gift cards for your family or friends here.
